Room situated at 1st floor beside the counter. It's too noisy with phone ringing (especially at night), customer and staff talk/laughting very loud. Hotel quite neat/clean but from outside view very untidy.

The hotel’s location in the Bukit Bintang area is great, with plenty of good local restaurants right next to the building and the main city centre just a short distance away. the sidewalk in front is also convenient for exploring the neighbourhood. Despite some complaints about noise, some rooms have an atrium which brings in light without the noise.

The hotel cleanliness is questionable, with uncleaned bathrooms and stained bedsheets mentioned in some reviews.
